Returns

Since maple syrup is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

We are happy to assist you if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive an incorrect item

In such cases:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, at our discretion

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
  • The time taken to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • In case of a replacement due to damage or error, we will cover the shipping cost
